Team Leader: Building Effective Teams with Mark Greaney
14 - 16 June Auckland
The aim of this programme is to provide information and skills for those who have an impact on leading a team. The content of this module has a significant bearing on improving on-the-job performance. Participants will have the opportunity to practise skills, frame works and techniques introduced through case studies and exercises. Participants will also practise having performance appraisal and coaching conversations in a learning environment where regular feedback will be given by other participants and the facilitator.
This programme is one of the modules that make up the NZIM National Certificate in Business Level 4. The other two modules are Team Leader: Essential Skills and Team Leader: Operational Management. Attendance and completion of assessments for these three modules qualifies for the issue of the NZIM National Certificate in Business Level 4.
