Team Leader - Essential Skills with Jim Anderson
4 - 6 August Auckland
The aim of this programme is to provide the essential skills required to lead a team that is directly involved in the front line of an organisation. Specifically, supervisors and team leaders newly appointed to their position. This programme is one of the modules that make up the NZIM National Certificate in Business Level 4. The other two are Team Leader: Building Effective Teams and Team Leader: Operational Leadership. Attendance and completion of assessments for these three modules qualifies for issue of the NZIM National Certificate in Business Level 4.
Learning outcomes include:
Train and coach members
Implement time management techniques and practices
Employ core communication skills, including listening and giving feedback
