"Nissan New Zealand has been fortunate to work very closely with the New Zealand Institute of Management over the course of the past year and a half. Our association began with our request for assistance to tailor a basic management training programme for the line managers in our dealer network.
After communicating our initial requirements, NZIM provided excellent support and recommendations as to how our desires could best be met. They assembled an outstanding faculty of facilitators, arranged schedules and provided ongoing support to the students enrolled in this first ever NZIM / Nissan Diploma in After Sales Management course.
The commitment from the dealers involved as well as Nissan New Zealand's financial commitment, demanded a programme which returned tangible results in the improvement of the management capabilities of the individuals participating. We have no hesitation in stating the results have been superb.
NZIM provided a level of support to the participants, both during the training and by phone, which enabled participants to grasp more efficiently the important concepts taught.
Of testament to our satisfaction is the fact that we are about to embark on the second class of this excellent programme."
