PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
This Stage One programme extends over three intensive and stimulating days. Participants are challenged to examine the effectiveness of their current leadership approaches from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Individual feedback is provided to participants on their leadership approach as a basis for future development. You receive comprehensive notes, questionnaires and other related programme material.
