Often HR courses can be theoretical and misaligned with the true business needs of an organisation. Participants return back to their work environment with a lot of knowledge but no practical skills.
This programme provides a simple introduction to Human Resource Management and delivers sound practical understanding of the key components of HR whilst at the same time enabling the participant to understand how to generate added business value.
The first day is focused on Operational HR management and the second day is split with the first half being on Strategic HR Management and the second half on HR Legislation.

Programme Structure
The programme is a 2 day interactive workshop and provides participants with the opportunity to raise and explore their own HR challenges and needs.
Participants will leave the programme with an HR road map. They will have a clear understanding of what are the critical areas of focus for HR in an organisation and how this can add value to the business
