| We have been running Front Line Manager Programmes at Level 5 since 2004, and have had great success with them. The participants find them very practical and the work based units work very well in our varied and ever-changing environment. We have been very pleased with the results of the projects that have come out of the programme. The projects have frequently saved Toll NZ significant sums of money or provided us with a better way of working to benefit the customer.
In addition the employees fortunate to attend the programmes have often been first in line for promotion due to the enhanced skill set that they have gained. The programmes have been so popular and well attended that we have not only added a Level 4 programme for our Team Leaders, but we are frequently over-subscribed for the Level 5 Programme and start each programme with a waiting list for the next.

Participants attend all 12 workshops, complete a work-based project, assessments and reflective journal, which together form part of the assessment for certification.
