NZIM Northern uses the TANDBERG high-definition video conferencing system to provides an excellent user experience with true-to-life quality for rich interaction and team collaboration. These systems are ideal for team meetings, training and conferences and fully interoperable with standards-based video, phone, or PC video.

Distinctive Venue
NZIM Northern’s purpose built conference and training facilities (including video conference facilities) were refurbished in 2009, and are designed to offer our clients the highest standard of comfort and functionality. With a choice of three high specification training rooms and a boardroom, each conveniently located next to our foyer; where full-time conference staff are on-hand to assist you.
Our open plan lobby is fully serviced with automated tea and coffee machines, fresh fruit and a selection of newspapers and business magazines, as well as an on-site satellite flat screen with sponsorship opportunities available.

Our Location
NZIM is situated in the DLA Phillips Fox Tower on the southern corner of Queen Street and Victoria Street West (above National Bank, opposite Whitcoulls). We are on Level 4.
The closest public car park to NZIM is in Wilsons car park on Elliott Street. We are across the road from Victoria Street bus stops (also on the ‘Link’ bus route) and are a 10-minute walk up Queen Street from Britomart.

Price Structure
Our pricing structure is designed to make booking a conference or training session as simple as possible. We offer flexible packages for single or multi-room hire on a half, full day or evening basis. Rooms can be hired with or without catering and extra equipment hire is also available on request.
